1. Take a pan boil 2 glass of water , add 5-6 tulsi leaves (washed properly before use) 
2. Add 1 small piece of grated ginger , 1/4 tbsp kali mirch , 2 clove , 1/2 tbsp Dalchini and boil the water for 10 minutes now turn off the gas.
3.Then leave it to cool for a while , Now strain it and drink 

Note: You can add some jagger or honey or lemon juice for taste .

Tulsi is rich source of antioxidants so is green tea which helps to reduce the stress and make you calm. It helps your brain to work fast and properly throughout the day . Steps For Tea Are : 

1. Take 6-8 Leaves and wash them properly with normal water , Chopped them little .
2. Boil 1 glass water and add tulsi leaves and green tea until the water become less or you how much       want to make tea strong .
3. Strain the tea .You can add little honey in it , mix it well and enjoy .
