Amle Ka Achaar Recipe 


Ingredients:
For the Pickle Spice Blend :
Sauf / fennel seeds – 3 tbsp
Rai/Wray- 3 tbsp
Kalaunji / Small Black Seeds -2 tbsp
Red Mirch Powder- 2 tbsp
Haldi/ Turmeric – 2 tbsp
Salt- 2tbsp (or as per taste)
For Pickle Making :
Amla (Indian gooseberries) – 1/2 kg
Sarso /Mustard oil- 1/4 small cup
Hing – small pinch
